Bright Print Works Presentation Folders are printed on thick 14pt cardstock. 

These presentation folders are kept forever and either filed away which is perfect for repeat business or they are kept on their desk until they order, these are a wonderful selling tool.

Bright Print Works uses 2 coatings for our Presentation Folders: UV Coating This coating provides a subtle full gloss finish to your print product. This clear coating provides the highest gloss effect to your print product. It offers great clarity and helps protect your product. Our UV presentation folders are available with UV coating on the front/outside area of the folder and on the pockets. The inside/insert area of the folder will not be coated with UV. Matte Text – Satin AQ This coating provides a dull non-reflective finish to your print product. It is resistant to smudges and fingerprints. Our Matte/Dull are printed with a matte coating on both sides.

It has been shown when paperwork is handed out to people without a Presentation Folder they will discard the information 85% of the time versus when it comes in a Presentation Folder.

Color

4/0 = Color Out Side Only To reproduce the spectrum of colors we blend 4 main colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The printing term "4/0" refers to these four process colors on the front only and no printing on the inside of the folder.

Coating

1 Paper/Stock Option = 14pt Card Stock.

1/8th Inch Bleed Needed for all Files. We recommend saving as a .PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, and png. We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. PDF's are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
